The work surface is 1260x1160mm, the opening is 1250mm, the stroke is 800mm, and it is equipped with a servo PLC control system to achieve precise control. Two heating methods are optional: electric heating (heating tube) or oil heating (mold temperature controller), and the valve body is equipped with core pulling, slow return, slow top pressure maintenance, etc. The three-beam four-column structure has simple equipment operation and adjustable working parameters.

315-ton Hydraulic Press Molded FRP Meter Box Process Flow:
- Sheet forming: The sheet forming work is completed by the sheet forming equipment in conjunction with the existing traction equipment and laminating equipment. Upper and lower films connect the adjacent sheets.
- Film cutting: The upper and lower films connecting the adjacent sheets are cut by the existing cutting equipment to obtain a single sheet.
- Curing treatment: The sheet is placed in a curing furnace for curing treatment to improve the strength of the sheet.
- Molding treatment: The sheet is placed in a mold heated to 120-140°C. The FRP meter box molding hydraulic press is used for molding. The mold is opened after the specified pressure holding time is reached. After demolding, the molded SMC single board is obtained.
- Combination assembly: After the surface of the SMC single board is trimmed, the installation hole is opened at the specified position, and it is assembled with the rubber sealing strip and the stainless steel bracket to obtain the FRP meter box.
