Working Principle of C Type Hydraulic Press

Safe Operation of C Frame Hydraulic Press

1. The operator of the hydraulic press c type can work independently only after training and mastering the equipment performance and operating technology.
2. Before the operation, all kinds of sundries on the mold should be cleaned first, and any dirt on the C-type hydraulic machine rod should be wiped off.
3. The mold of the hydraulic c-frame press machine device is carried out under the condition of power failure, and it is forbidden to collide with the start button, handle, and pedal on the foot switch.
4. Install the centering of the upper and lower molds, adjust the mold gap, do not allow one side to deviate from the center, and test the pressure after confirming that the mold is fixed.
5. Before the operation of the hydraulic press C-type, firstly start the equipment to idle for 5 minutes and check whether the oil level of the fuel tank is sufficient, whether the sound of the oil pump is normal, and whether the hydraulic unit, pipes, joints, and pistons are leaking.
6. Start the equipment to test the pressure, and check whether the pressure reaches the working pressure, whether the equipment moves normally and reliably, and whether there is any leakage.
7. Adjust the operating pressure, but it should not exceed 90% of the rated pressure of the equipment. Test the pressure of a workpiece, and then produce it after passing the inspection.
8. For different single-column hydraulic machine profiles and workpieces, when pressing and correcting, the operating pressure, pressure, pressure holding times, and time of the C-frame hydraulic machine should be adjusted at any time. And the mold and workpiece should not be damaged.
