Hydraulic Press Operation System:
- Personnel operating the frame hydraulic press should have the corresponding qualifications and be certified to work. Personnel unfamiliar with the machine are strictly prohibited from opening and using the hydraulic press.
- Wear the prescribed labour protection supplies before going to work.
- Check the following items before starting the hydraulic press: whether the photoelectric protection device is reliable, the travel switches are sensitive, and the fasteners are loose.
- Clear the debris on the work surface and mold of the frame hydraulic press. Adjust the working pressure and slider stroke, and run the empty car for one to two minutes. Work only when everything is normal.
- The adjustment handle on the hydraulic press was adjusted appropriately when leaving the factory, and non-debugging personnel could not adjust it at will.
