Warm forging refers to the forging of steel forgings below the crystallization temperature and above normal temperature. The purpose of using the warm forging process is to obtain precision forgings. The advantage of warm forging is that it can improve the precision and quality of forgings, and at the same time, it does not have such a large forming force as cold forging. The application of the warm forging process is closely related to forging material, forging size, and forging complexity.
