1. It has an independent power structure and electrical system and adopts button centralized control, which can realize inching and semi-automatic operation. This machine’s working pressure and travel range can be adjusted according to the process requirements.

It has small flow resistance, large flow, sensitive action, reliable operation, good sealing performance, convenient maintenance, and long service life.

5. Electrical system. The 630-ton quartz stone sink forming hydraulic press uses two control schemes: relay and PLC. The PLC electrical control system is sensitive, reliable, and flexible. Its working mode can be adjusted according to the production process and actual conditions.
6. Safety devices:
(1) Standstill and emergency stop buttons. When an abnormality occurs, press the “Standstill” button to stop the action. Press the “Emergency Stop” button to stop the motor.
(2) The motor control part of the 630-ton quartz stone water tank hot press forming hydraulic press has thermal protectors, circuit breakers, and other devices. Protect the motor from overload and damage and overcurrent short circuit protection.
(3) The main cylinder lower chamber control block is equipped with an anti-slip drop device and a safety valve. The slider can be stationary at any position to prevent the slider from sliding down uncontrollably.

Steps for Molding Quartz Stone Sinks with a 630-ton Hydraulic Press:
1. Heating with a mold temperature controller. The mold temperature controller is used to heat the mold. It should be heated in advance, and the heating temperature should be around 160 degrees.
2. Mold installation. The mold temperature controller needs to be filled with heat transfer oil before use and connected to the mold through a pipeline. After the mold is installed, the mold is fixed to the machine with T-bolts.
3. Weighing. Weigh the prepared mixing materials. The weight of a single sink is 17.5kg.
4. Loading. Manually place the weighed materials into the mold on the workbench of the 630-ton four-column hydraulic press.
5. Pressing. Start the 630-ton four-column hydraulic press for downward pressing. This type of pressing requires holding pressure for 15 minutes. After the holding time is over, the machine automatically opens the mold and ejects the product.
6. Take out the parts. Manually take out the pressed double-slot quartz sink.
7. Post-processing. Remove the remaining edges of the pressed quartz sink.
