Customization process (non-standard customization)
Demand Analysis
When you need to customize a hydraulic press machine, we discuss every detail with you. Find out what you're manufacturing, what press size you need, and other pertinent information. Our sales staff will analyze your actual situation and provide you with suitable hydraulic press solutions.
Design scheme
After detailed communication and understanding, our professional engineers will design the production drawings of the hydraulic press. Within a few weeks of receiving the formal order, we will send these drawings for your review. If there is something unsatisfactory, communicate again to make adjustments. When you are 100% satisfied with the design, the drawing can be signed off for approval.
Order production
After the drawings are approved by you, we will arrange the production. The whole production cycle is 60-90 days. We will inform you of the exact delivery date and ensure the completion of the machine with quality and quantity.
Customer acceptance
After the hydraulic press machine is manufactured, our quality inspectors will conduct strict quality inspections to ensure that the products you receive are the best. In addition, our technicians will also come to install, debug and run the hydraulic press.
After sales service
Professional technicians provide 24-hour after-sales service to solve all problems in the use of your hydraulic press in time. Remote or on-site service is available.
